Best time to travel April to June and September to October for mild, clear days.

Tuscany carries the whole year: mild in spring and autumn, thermally warmed in winter.

  • April to June Spring with green hills, 18 to 26 degrees, ideal for thermal baths and excursions.
  • July to August High summer, often above 30 degrees; early mornings and evenings in the outdoor pools are the finest hours.
  • September to October Harvest season with soft light, 18 to 27 degrees; wine and truffle arrive at the table.
  • November to March Cool, quiet months; the thermal springs of 34 to 42 degrees now show their full effect.
