A genuine peninsula setting: harbour, yachts and the medieval silhouette of Šibenik right off the terrace — without the peak-season pressure of the better-known Dalmatian islands.
The freestanding villas with private infinity pools are the most compelling option for groups of four or more. Guests preferring a central position do well in a Superior room with city view — the outlook over the old town more than compensates for the smaller footprint. Best time to travel June and September
The Dalmatian coast around Šibenik is at its best from May to September. June and September are ideal: a warm sea, comfortable 25 to 28C and calmer towns. July and August are hot near 28C and bring the highest demand along the coast and in the Krka and Kornati national parks.
- May to June Early summer at 22 to 28C. The sea warms from around 19 to 21C, and the old town and Krka are still easy to walk.
- July to August Hot peak season near 28C with a warm sea of 24 to 25C. Town, boat trips and Krka are busy, so book early.
- September The sea stays warm near 24C with air at 25 to 27C. One of the calmest and most pleasant months for swimming and island trips.

A day in Krka National Park
The waterfalls of the Krka lie about 30 minutes by car away and can be explored on boardwalks and paths. Swimming is possible at marked spots. An early start stays ahead of the high-summer crowds.

Boat trip through the Kornati archipelago
A day trip by boat leads through one of the densest island groups in the Adriatic, with more than a hundred largely uninhabited islets. Stops allow swimming in sheltered coves. The in-house yacht club assists with arrangements.

Šibenik old town and the Cathedral of St James
The UNESCO World Heritage cathedral stands within walking distance in the town centre, built entirely of stone without mortar. The narrow lanes of the old town lead up to fortresses above the harbour. Late afternoon offers the softer light.

Sunset from the yacht club and the Art Bar terrace
From the yacht club's infinity pool the view crosses the channel to the offshore islands. In the evening the Art Bar terrace moves into the last light over the water. Both are right at the house, with no transfer.
